
The Method of Making Crispy Pork Chop
Ingredients:
✦ 350 grames of pork tenderloin

Directions:
Step 1 :
Cover the air fryer with tin foil and preheat at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Marinate the pork chops with salt and japanese soy sauce for 30 minutes.

Step 4 :
Egg make into egg liquid in a bowl.

Step 5 :
Coat pork chops with egg liquid, then coat with starch, then wrap with breadcrumbs.
猪扒裹上蛋液,沾一层淀粉,再沾一层面包糠
Step 6 :
Brushing oil on tin foil in the air fryer, put the pork chops on it, and brush another layer of oil on top, then fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
空气炸锅里的锡箔纸刷一层油,将猪扒放上去,在猪扒上面再刷一层油,然后180度温度炸10分钟
Step 7 :
Spread the vegetables and bean sprouts on a plate, then take out the pork chop from the air fryer and place it on top, done.
准备一个碟子上面铺上生菜和豆芽,猪扒从空气炸锅取出放上去,完成
