
Super Appetizing Sichuan Mapo Tofu that Pairs Perfectly with Rice
Ingredients:
✦ 250g(8.82 oz) doufu
250克豆腐
✦ 150g(5.29 oz) minced pork belly
40克竹笋
✦ A little chopped spring onions
一点葱花
✦ A little minced garlic
一点蒜末
✦ A little minced ginger
一点姜末
✦ A little sichuan peppercorns
一点花椒
✦ 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
半汤匙匙生抽
✦ 3ml Water Starch
3毫升水淀粉
✦ 1 tablespoon pixian bean paste
一汤匙郫县豆瓣酱
✦ 1/2 teaspoon sichuan pepper oil
半茶匙花椒油
✦ Cooking oil
食用油
Directions:
Step 1 :
Heat oil in a pot, then add sichuan peppercorns, minced ginger, minced garlic, and stir fry until fragrant.
起锅烧油,依次下入花椒姜末蒜末爆香
Step 2 :
Add 1 tablespoon pixian bean paste, and stir fry until red oil appears.
下入一汤匙豆瓣酱翻炒出红油
Step 3 :
Add minced pork belly and stir fry for a while.
下入肉末翻炒一会
Step 4 :
Add water and make it higher than the ingredients, then stew on low heat for 5 minutes.
加水使之没过食材
Step 5 :
Add tofu and stir fry evenly.
下入豆腐翻炒均匀
Step 6 :
Add 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce,3 ml water starch and 1/2 teaspoon Sichuan pepper oil in sequence, stir fry evenly.
依次加入半汤匙生抽3毫升水淀粉半茶匙花椒油,翻炒均匀
Step 7 :
Dish out on a plat, and sprinkle chopped spring onions on top, done.
