
Delicious steamed turbot fish with soy sauce
Ingredients:
✦ One turbot fish
多宝鱼1条
✦ 3 gram ginger shreds
姜丝3克
✦ 3 gram red pepper shreds
红椒丝3克
✦ 10 gram spring onion shreds
葱丝10克
✦ 10g ginger slices
姜片10克
✦ 10 ml soy sauce
蒸鱼豉油10毫升
✦ Cooking oil
食用油适量
Directions:
Step 1 :
Use a knife to make several cuts on each side of the body of the turbot fish.
用刀在多宝鱼身上两边各划几刀
Step 2 :
Prepare a plate and place two ginger slices and two chopsticks on it, Arrange chopsticks in a cross pattern.
准备好一个碟子放上两片姜片,上面交叉摆放一双筷子
Step 3 :
Place the turbot fish on chopsticks and place two slices of ginger on top of it.
多宝鱼置于筷子上,加上2片姜片
Step 4 :
Prepare an electric steamer, Add water and bring it to a boil.
准备一个电蒸锅,加水烧开
Step 5 :
Put the turbot fish into the electric steamer, cover it and steam for 10 minutes.
将多宝鱼放进电蒸锅,盖好盖子蒸10分钟
Step 6 :
Take out the turbot fish and place it on another plate, removing the chopsticks ginger and excess water, and place shredded scallions and red peppers on top of the turbot fish.
将多宝鱼拿出来,放到另一个碟子上,去掉筷子姜片和多余的水分,放上葱丝和红椒丝
Step 7 :
