Pan fried king oyster mushroom with minced black pepper

Ingredients:

  Two King oyster mushrooms
2个杏鲍菇

  Some chopped spring onions
葱花适量

  One tablespoon soy sauce
一汤匙酱油

  One teaspoon Oyster sauce
一茶匙蚝油

  Half a teaspoon white sugar
半茶匙白糖

  A little minced black pepper
一点黑胡椒碎

  5ml cooking wine
5毫升料酒

Directions:

Step 1 :
Make mix sauce: Prepare a bowl and add one tablespoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon of oyster sauce, and half a teaspoon of white sugar,stir well, then add 20ml water, stir well again, set aside for later use.
制作酱汁:准备一个碗,加汤匙酱油,一茶匙蚝油,半茶匙白糖,搅拌均匀,然后加入20毫升水,搅拌均匀放一边待用

Step 2 :
Cut the king oyster mushroom into slices of about 1 centimeter, then gently scratch the surface of both sides of the mushroom slices with a knife.
将杏鲍菇切成1厘米左右的厚片,然后在厚片两边用刀轻轻切成网格状

Step 3 :
Fry the king oyster mushroom slices: Heat oil on a pan, pour in the mushroom slices and fry both sides until golden brown.
煎杏鲍菇:起锅烧油,倒入杏鲍菇片,然后将杏鲍菇片两面煎至金黄色

Step 4 :
Pour in the sauce that was just made.
倒入刚才调好的酱汁

Step 5 :
Sprinkle a little shredded black pepper on top, done.
撒上少许黑胡椒碎,完成
