
Stir fried chinese kale with salted fish
Ingredients:
✦ 230 grams (8.11 ounces) chinese kale
230克芥蓝
✦ 60 grams (2.12 ounces) salted fish
60克咸鱼
✦ A little chopped ginger
一点姜末
✦ A little minced garlic
一点蒜末
✦ 2 grams (0.07 ounces) salt
2克盐
✦ 2 grams (0.07 ounces) chicken powder
2克鸡粉
✦ 3 grams (0.11 ounces) white sugar
3克白糖
✦ 5ml cooking wine
5克料酒
✦ 4ml water starch
4毫升水淀粉
✦ Cooking oil
适量食用油
Directions:
Step 1 :
Wash and cut the kale into sections.
洗干净芥蓝,切成段
Step 2 :
Cut the salted fish into dices.
咸鱼切丁
Step 3 :
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then add a little cooking oil.
锅里加水烧开,加一点食用油
Step 4 :
Pour in the kale and cook for 1 minute.
下入芥蓝焯水一分钟至断生
Step 5 :

捞出沥干水分备用

起锅烧油

下咸鱼翻炒出焦香味
Step 8 :

Step 9 :

倒入芥蓝翻炒20秒
Step 10 :
Add cooking wine,salt, chicken powder, white sugar, stir well.
依次加入料酒,盐,鸡粉,白糖,翻炒均匀p>
Step 11 :
Add water starch, stir well.
加入水淀粉,翻炒均匀
Step 12 :
Serve on a plat, done.
