Stir fried chinese kale with salted fish

Ingredients:

  230 grams (8.11 ounces) chinese kale
230克芥蓝

  60 grams (2.12 ounces) salted fish
60克咸鱼

  A little chopped ginger
一点姜末

  A little minced garlic
一点蒜末

  2 grams (0.07 ounces) salt
2克盐

  2 grams (0.07 ounces) chicken powder
2克鸡粉

  3 grams (0.11 ounces) white sugar
3克白糖

  5ml cooking wine
5克料酒

  4ml water starch
4毫升水淀粉

  Cooking oil
适量食用油

Directions:

Step 1 :
Wash and cut the kale into sections.
洗干净芥蓝,切成段

Step 2 :
Cut the salted fish into dices.
咸鱼切丁

Step 3 :
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then add a little cooking oil.
锅里加水烧开,加一点食用油

Step 4 :
Pour in the kale and cook for 1 minute.
下入芥蓝焯水一分钟至断生

Step 5 :
Fish out the kale and drain the water for the later use.
捞出沥干水分备用

Step 6 :
Heat up the pot and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil.
起锅烧油

Step 7 :
Pour in the salted fish dices and stir fry until fragrant.
下咸鱼翻炒出焦香味

Step 8 :
Add the chooped ginger and minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant.
下姜末和蒜末,炒出香味

Step 9 :
Pour in the kale and stir fry 20 seconds.
倒入芥蓝翻炒20秒

Step 10 :
Add cooking wine,salt, chicken powder, white sugar, stir well.
依次加入料酒,盐,鸡粉,白糖,翻炒均匀p>

Step 11 :
Add water starch, stir well.
加入水淀粉,翻炒均匀

Step 12 :
Serve on a plat, done.
出锅装盘
